Recently my daughter started taking Tae Kwon Do lesson at a do jo less than two block away. More recently, I tried that Tae Kwon Do school’s kick boxing lessons!
Wow! What a challenge! I figured I would have audible creak in my joints for about a month! I do not even have joint problems!
That was something. It is suppose to be Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. I figure it will take me 6 months to catch up to the rest of the class, and even 3 to make it in 3 times a week
I learned two lessons right away about the virtues of Local Fitness Programs!
- If I can walk there, I am more apt to consider doing it.
- If a family member, in this case my daughter, is already a member, one may get a considerable discount!
I planned to start after my daughter’s school year settled down a bit. Week after this one, was my guess.
Then I learned the class might not come off at all, or it might, depends on how many people like me are interested….
So I figured I would look into even more local stuff:
Two Questions:
- How many pieces of exercise equipment do you have around the house?
- What would it take for you, or I, to get ourselves to use them?
Is this just me, or what?
