I am  an overweight woman with a desk job who is on a personal mission to fit fitness into her life.

I am more concerned with shaping up. I figure the extra weight will leave as I get into better shape.

Currently, Since 10/2011, I am Giving the Total Gym a Real Tryout


I have tired a few ways to exercise over the years and am now, for a while now, been fitting the use of my Total Gym in, with good results. You can read about these results on my Friday Inches Off Report page.

The usual problems still apply:

I find all these things are easier for me to work out using the Total Gym, for me anyway.

So for the time being, I am happy with it. I do not diet. So the above-mentioned Inches Off Report is in now way about diet and exercise. It is only just the exercises I spell out as best I can, finding videos when I can, in the report and some blog post.
